Ally Pitman
Women’s Hormone Health & Cancer Survivorship Specialist
MSN, WHNP-BC, AOCNP, CBCN, MSCP
Every woman deserves a provider who truly understands the complexity of hormonal health — from the first signs of perimenopause through menopause and beyond. Ally Pitman built her practice around exactly that.
As a board-certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, Ally brings deep expertise in hormone optimization, perimenopause, menopause, and PMDD to women at every stage of life. She takes the time to understand your full picture — your symptoms, your history, and your goals — and builds a plan that actually fits your life.
Where Ally's expertise becomes truly rare is in her specialized focus on women with a history of breast and gynecologic cancers. After cancer treatment ends most of the medical world steps back. But the hormonal symptoms don't stop — the hot flashes, the fatigue, the questions about what's safe and what isn't. For most survivors that journey continues largely alone.
Ally refuses to let that happen.
Triple certified in oncology, breast care, and menopause she understands both the cancer treatment landscape and the complex hormonal terrain survivors must navigate long after treatment ends. She helps women not just survive that terrain — but thrive in it.
Having walked alongside women through their cancer journeys, I've seen firsthand how little support exists for the 'after' – the survivorship phase. My mission is to help women not just survive, but truly thrive after cancer, especially when it comes to managing hormonal health and quality of life.

The Harmony Difference
Ally works directly alongside Kristen and Crista at Harmony Health Partners — meaning your survivorship care never exists in isolation. If hormonal symptoms intersect with metabolic concerns or autoimmune patterns, that conversation happens internally between your providers. You have a team that's already talking.
You don't need to manage your own care between specialists who have never spoken. At Harmony Health Partners that coordination happens automatically, so you can focus entirely on getting well.
Ready to Finally Feel Like Yourself Again?
Your first visit with Ally is 60 minutes, all yours. She'll review your full cancer history, your current symptoms, and build a plan that's safe, evidence-based, and built around your actual life — not a generic protocol.
